Cascia Krolczyk, the vice president of Fireweed Market, has been a dedicated member of the board since 2021, proudly moving into the vice president role in 2023. Her journey with the market began in 2019 as the outdoor summer market manager for the season, followed by co-managing the 12 Days of Christmas market in the winter of 2019. Now hooked, Cascia has co-managed the 12 Days of Christmas market every year since. 

Making the initial move to the Yukon in 2017, Cascia periodically led more of a nomadic lifestyle supporting the market from wherever she was. Inevitably, the spell of the Yukon successfully lured Cascia back to officially call Whitehorse home. 

A self proclaimed “market enthusiast”, Cascia is a proud supporter of the Fireweed Community Market Society mission and values, and is truly passionate about the work that is done by the board, staff, volunteers, and members.
