Aster, The Nomadic Table

Aline and Hippolyte, a French couple who have been living in Canada for several years. We are passionate about nature and humble adventurers at heart. The Yukon naturally became our home. While our upbringing, roots, and travel experiences have fueled our desire to explore nature whenever possible, they have also shaped our love of food and our curiosity for discovering new flavors.

The idea behind Aster, The Nomadic Table came from a simple observation:
Whether on a day hike or a multi-day canoe expedition, one thing everyone agrees on : The best moment of any adventure is snack time!

The Yukon is full of adventurers of all kinds, and we want to give them the opportunity to discover local terroir through dishes that can be eaten in the outdoor.
