Quinn’s pottery journey started in 2021 – like many other people, she needed a creative outlet to escape to during the pandemic. She took a course at a local pottery studio and was hooked! Growing up at the foot of the Bruce Peninsula in Ontario has taught her to love spending time outside. She has always been in awe of the amazing beauty the Earth creates - so much so that she chose to study Earth and Environmental Sciences in university. Now living in Whitehorse, much of what she creates is inspired by nature - sometimes focused on the technical scientific side, and other times she simply tries to emulate the beauty of the world around her. Her goal is to make beautiful, functional pottery items that people are proud to use in their day-to-day routine. Everything she makes is handmade with love in small batches, from start to finish.
